1. What is a Spreeze?

Spreeze is our original and signature drink. It’s a milk-based coffee drink, naturally flavoured with artisan tea leaves and dried fruits. It is highly aromatic, with a hint of sweetness!

2. How long can I keep my Spreeze for?

It is best consumed within 3-4 days. Your Spreeze bottles are freshly brewed the day your collection is scheduled.
As they are brewed using Meiji Fresh Milk, please keep them chilled inside the fridge (1-4 degrees).

3. Can I choose my own flavours for my Spreeze Bundle?

Yes you can! Just indicate on the remarks column, and we will take care of the rest!

4. When can I collect my Spreeze Bundles after I place order?

If you opt for self pick-up, they will be ready within 1-2 working days. As they are freshly brewed in the outlet, kindly give us some time to prepare the orders.

If you opt for delivery, our admin will follow up with your orders and will let you know about the delivery before delivering it to you!

5. If I have a special message for my special someone, how can I get it across?

Just put in the remarks column, we’ll write them for you in a card! 

6. If for some reason, I don't like my Spreeze, can I request for a refund?

If you are unhappy with your purchase or experience for any reason, drop us an email ( or Instagram Direct (@drinkaromacoffee) within 3 days. We will do our best to make it up for you. If we can't make it right, we'll refund you in full.

*Please provide us the receipt and photo of the physical product in case of product damage.

7. Do you have alternative choices for Milk?

Yes! We do have an option for Oatly Milk. However, it is not yet available for our Spreeze Bundle.

8. Do you have Decaffeinated Coffee?

Currently we don’t have an option for that. However, maybe in the future? Stay tuned!

9. Do you do same day delivery?

We do have an option for Express delivery where it will be delivered to you within 1-2 days. Do place your order by 12pm to receive it the next day!

Alternatively, you can opt for self-collection at our outlet for free. Do place your order by 12pm to collect it the next day!

10. Can we opt for 0% sugar for our Spreeze Bundle?

Unfortunately no as we brew freshly for other orders as well, making sure that we are able to maintain the quality that everyone gets. However, you can enjoy our Spreeze with 0% sugar at our outlet!
